About me

Head-office systems experience, applied to your business

Before going freelance I spent almost four years as Operations Systems and Franchise Officer at InXpress Australia & New Zealand. I automated repetitive head-office tasks, supported franchise owners across the Asia Pacific region, and led the rollout of AI tools in the Australian branch before it was offloaded to other countries.

Before that, eight years in retail taught me how a business runs from front to back: customers, sales, stock and staff. I still think about problems from that side first.

Based in Brisbane. I work with businesses remotely, or in person around South East Queensland.
